The compressed air blasting facility can easily accommodate components such as approx. 35m long, approx. 7.5m wide and approx. 4.50m high bridges for blasting, cleaning and rust removal, leaving an optimum rough surface for subsequent coating.
During the cleaning process, the blasting agent is separated from the blasting medium and returned to it during the cycle, with only foreign substances being left as rebound waste.
After the surface has been prepared, the component is transported through an air lock to the preservation plant and coated in conditions of optimum temperature and humidity.
